Featured on Barnum Publick’s Specialty Cocktail Menu created by Greg “Bootleg Greg” Genais, the So Clutch is made of cucumber vodka, dry vermouth, and pickle juice.
The cucumber vodka is cool and refreshing and you do taste the pickle juice – pickle lovers this is for you! The taste of the pickle juice is not overpowering, and it adds some saltiness to the drink somewhat like how olive juice adds saltiness to a dirty martini.
