Food for Thought: Giving Thanks

Thanksgiving is a time to reflect and it is a time to be grateful. As we sat around the table yesterday, a family member said grace before we ate and talked about being thankful for family, health, and the food on our table. I couldn’t help but think about all that I have to be grateful for. I am grateful for all the wonderful, loving, and supportive people in my life, especially my husband. I am grateful for several new friendships made this year, and all the new people I have met through my little blog. I am grateful for you, reader, for taking the time to read my words and thoughts. And finally, I am grateful for my health.

As we head into the rest of the holiday season and the new year, I wish you all peace, health, happiness, and good food.
