One man, 169 towns in Connecticut, lots of beer, and you = the CT Pour Tour!
Todd Ruggere, the man behind CT Pour Tour, spent 2013 visiting 351 towns in Massachusetts and he raised over $40,000 for cancer research. In 2014, he plans to visit 169 towns in Connecticut and raise money for Yale Children’s Hospital to fight pediatric cancer. What a brilliant idea to help fundraise for a great cause!
His goal is to make each stop a huge fundraiser, as he explains on his website, to raffle off donated prizes to you, and to meet people along the way.
Todd’s first stop on his CT Pour Tour begins tomorrow, January 11th, 1-5pm, at Two Roads Brewery in Stratford. Two Roads is CT Pour Tour’s sponsor and will be donating $1 for each pint bought tomorrow. Bravo Two Roads, bravo!
Farmboy’s Smokin’ BBQ will also be there tomorrow to help kick off the CT Pour Tour with their award winning BBQ! Yum!!!
