One year ago today I launched my blog with a recipe for oatmeal muffins and my coverage of Chowdafest 2013. One year go today marked a month’s work of excessively watching the Cooking Channel and the Food Network, creating my website after watching lots of YouTube tutorials, and writing about a dozen posts so I had drafts ready to post. One year ago today I had no idea if anyone would find my blog interesting or even read it.
As I look back and think about year one, I am so proud, excited, and grateful.
Proud of all the progress I’ve made in a year and of all my writing.
Excited about where my little blog has gone, how it has grown, and where it’s headed. Excited about all the wonderful people I have met though my blog this year.
Grateful for all the love and support I continually receive from all of my readers, especially from my husband and two very dear friends who gave me the support and encouragement I needed a little over a year ago to start my blog.
Happy 1st anniversary and thank you for reading! I can’t wait to see what 2014 has in store for Savory Sweet Eats!
